You may be correct. I don't have HBO.

What a bunch of ingrates Sweden is.

Treated COVID the same way Trump did, and now they say they don't trust him?

I get the "both sides" bit with Maher - but seriously, how can someone who had no problem mocking the GOP when it was run by Bush hold his fire when you see the stuff the GOP is pulling? The Bush era had its problems, but it was at least based on something close to reality. 9/11 happened and we reacted. Today, the GOP concocts some conspiracy theory and it becomes the party's reason for existing.

Maher is heavily into the cancel culture argument
Of course, his own history of sexism and misogyny isn’t a factor

Hahahaha. Trump was idiot enough to sit down with Woodward for multiple taped interviews. Once Trump gets rolling anything he knows is liable to come out of his mouth. You can bet that Woodward can document all the explosive quotes. I guess he never tires of throwing someone else's money at lawyers.

It's not like you can't read his other presidential books and see it coming. I bet dozens of Trump's inner circle cautioned him not to do it.

I honestly still like Maher's show because he has a good guest list. I don't have to agree with everything on a show to watch it.
In a former life, I used to hate watch it when I got home from covering Friday night football, then I began to agree with his side, and now I evaluate each segment on its merit.
I no longer have HBO, but you can usually find most or all of it on YouTube by Saturday.

Yeah he makes fun of the crazies both ways, I dont think he’s moved right or excused any GOP madness along the way

Republicans want credibility? Yeah, ship done sailed.

Bill Maher likes having his dick sucked by his guests and enjoys being a contrarian solely because he’s an attention whore. His show is amusing, but not grounded in much reality.
