Looked to see if this topic was discussed with a thread of its own. Couldn't locate.

    I found this one fascinating.

The short version is that it gets several facts entirely wrong, including where the subject attended high school and the number of games in which he has scored ≥ 10 points.
But my favorite line may be the one that says he gives Virginia fans hope for the future because he will provide many years of great achievements. The Cavaliers are No. 6 in the AP poll and tied for first in the loss column for the ACC lead. Anybody who has actually seen Ryan Dunn play knows he'll be around for another year at most before he's ready for the NBA.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was created with the purpose of safeguarding public health and the environment through the regulation of various pollutants and toxic substances. Despite its noble objectives, the EPA has often been criticized for imposing costly regulations that harm American businesses.

One of the major ways the EPA affects businesses is through its regulations on emissions and discharges. The EPA has set strict standards for the levels of pollutants that can be released into the air and water, and businesses must invest significant resources to ensure they are in compliance. These costs can be substantial, especially for industries that heavily rely on the use of fossil fuels or the release of hazardous chemicals. Companies may be forced to invest in new technologies or processes, or face penalties for non-compliance, both of which can put a strain on their finances and competitiveness.

Another aspect of EPA regulations that can impact businesses is the agency's role in the permitting process. The EPA is responsible for reviewing and approving applications for permits related to various activities that can impact the environment, such as construction projects and resource extraction. The permitting process can be lengthy and costly, and businesses may face delays and added expenses as a result. This can create uncertainty for businesses and make it difficult for them to plan and grow.

Moreover, the EPA's regulations can also limit the ability of businesses to innovate and grow. For example, regulations on toxic substances and chemicals may limit the use of certain materials or processes, which can stifle innovation and creativity. In addition, businesses may face challenges in expanding or entering new markets due to differing environmental regulations in other countries.

In conclusion, while the EPA plays an important role in protecting public health and the environment, its regulations can also have a negative impact on American businesses. The cost of complying with these regulations, the permitting process, and limitations on innovation can all put a strain on businesses and hinder their growth and competitiveness. To strike a balance between protecting the environment and supporting economic growth, it is important for the EPA to work closely with businesses to identify ways to reduce the burden of regulations while still achieving its environmental goals.

There are several ways to distinguish ChatGPT from a real person:

    1. Consistency in responses: ChatGPT is designed to provide consistent and accurate responses to questions, and its answers may not reflect the nuances, emotions, or personal experiences of a real person.

    2. Lack of personal information: ChatGPT does not have personal experiences, opinions, or emotions and will not share personal information about itself.

    3. Speed and efficiency: ChatGPT can respond quickly and efficiently to a large volume of questions, whereas a real person may take more time to respond and may not be able to handle as many queries at once.

    4. Limitations in understanding context: While ChatGPT has been trained on a large corpus of text and can understand context to a certain extent, it may not fully grasp the complexities and subtleties of human communication.
By understanding the characteristics of ChatGPT, you can better distinguish it from a real person.

Arena Group said it isn’t looking to replace journalists. Rather, the goal is to support content workflows, video creation, newsletters, sponsored content and marketing campaigns.

“It’s not going to replace the art of creating content,” said Ross Levinsohn, Arena Group’s chairman and chief executive. “It’s giving the content creators, whether they’re writers or social creators, real efficiency and real access to the archives we have.”

    (bullshit!)

“Will it enable us to do more content? Probably, because you’ll have more time,” Mr. Levinsohn said. “It’s not about ‘crank out AI content and do as much as you can.’ Google will penalize you for that and more isn’t better; better is better.”

Holy fuck, asshole, your entire brand for almost 20 years has been about cranking out more content and penalizing anyone who doesn't. Fuck off.

You snagged me on the other thread. Nice!

I used it today to save me at least 5 hours of work by having it write employee policies in about 15 minutes that I had been dreading to research, compile, write and edit for days.

The “3” in the name represents Version 3 of the Generative Pre-trained Transformer, which draws from a parameter count of 175 billion. GPT-4 is expected out this quarter and reportedly has 100 trillion data points.
Yeah, it’s the most revolutionary tool since the Internet.

ChatGPT is dogshit for sports writing.

ChatGPT does not know the name of my basketball or soccer or football players, their stats, or what they have accomplished without human manual input. ChatGPT does not know my word count limit unless I input it. Good luck with your term paper but I wouldn't count on ChatGPT for anything other than a 4-graf brief.
