My wife saw the Harvard Square Theater concert where Springsteen was the opening act for Raitt. According to rock and roll legend, she wouldn't go on to follow Bruce. According to Alice, Raitt did go on, but clearly wasn't thrilled with her situation.

 

Well, hell, anyone who had seen Bruce wouldn't want to attempt to follow him.
