The Filet O' Fish at McDonald's is a good sandwich.

It's a Friday go-to for me during Lent.

I would guess this is the least unpopular opinion in 74 pages.

There are dozens of us. DOZENS!

(Although you should see the line at the drive-up in some small Catholic towns on Fridays.)

Seriously, the tartar sauce is incredible. I found it in a bottle at Jungle Jim’s in Cincinnati and have never found it in a store again.

It seems like a product that the majority of shitting on comes from people who have never eaten one. It’s a delightful little sandwich every once in a great while.

I usually order mine with extra tartar sauce so that I can use some on my fries. There's always some that leaks out the side if you press the bun down. So good.

All sports drinks taste better when they are watered down.

Gatorade, BodyArmour, Powerade? Kinda obnoxious in their flavors. Make them 50 percent water and icy? Delightful.

I thought it might spark some hatred just from the vitriol my kids have for it lol.

I’ve noticed more fast food places leaning into fish for Lent, even in this heavily Protestant city. Arby’s and Culver’s come to mind first.

I’ve been on this for a while.

I’m convinced that some soft drinks would be better with 30 per cent soda water to cut the sweet but keep the fizz.

The buns are great. Great texture with the crispy fish and soft bun. I haven't had one in a long time, but I remember them being a little salty. Otherwise great m

Gatorade's orange flavor as-is is excellent. But its other flavors seem to be a bit strong. We used to drink a combination of Gatorade, Kool-Aid and a little bit of sugar when we were overseas. Helped with electrolytes and such against the heat and humidity without being tart as all get out.

Orange juice, Powerade, and diet Coke is a wonderful morning drink.
