    Ever look at how many people die in the U.S. every day under normal circumstances? They're dropping like flies out there?

    It's a lot. And in this specific case, there's that overcount / undercount to wrestle. Or ignore.

    Me? I'd like Death not to kindly stop for me this week.

    But I'm handsome in a mask, so I make the whole supercareful caution thing work.

    There are ~700,000 deaths a year from heart disease. Almost 2,000 per day.

    Can't do anything about most hereditary factors, but how many of those could be prevented just with better diets and less alcohol?

    I'd guess 30-40 percent.
