Hundreds of defense attorneys have had the ability to subpoena anything on those tapes on behalf of many Jan. 6 defendants. Hasn't stopped the guilty pleas and verdicts. If Carlson edits the videos in a deceptive manner, a safe bet, that sure reads like obstruction of justice to me.
