Agreed. Amy Ryan is such an underrated actress. So loathsome in this....and compare that to her goofy, warmhearted character on "The Office."

    Badlands at the rep house.

Easy watch, Sissy Spacek was fantastic.

Watched Sharper on Apple TV+. There was potential for it to have been a really good movie but the writing fell apart for me. Well acted, but if you are going to do a con man/noir movie, it needs to make way more logical sense.

The Banker with Anthony Mackie, Samuel L. Jackson, Nia Long, Nicholas Hoult, Colm Meaney and Gregory Alan Williams. Solid flick. Co-produced by Nnamdi Asomugha.

    Just got back from Ant-Man.

Consensus among the group was it gets a solid meh. Thankful we went on $5 night.

“Before We Go,” with Chris Evans and Alice Eve. Good flick. And Alice Eve is, IMHO, the most beautiful woman on the planet. She’s just… perfect. The British accent (not in this film, but IRL) and the heterochromia are just the icing on the cake.

Yet, her presence is one reason I have actually watched that movie, the others being Krysten Ritter and some cool shots of Pittsburgh.
