Like several others I would assume that very little, if any, of such video evidence exists. But if the defense offered by Verna Mae McGuddlefump is that she was forced, at gunpoint, to enter the capitol, surely it would be acceptable to take a look and see if her story holds any water. I recognize our latter-day Webster Thayer would disagree -- I'll get those terroristic bastards! Remember the fentanyl! -- but I don't think he's really capable of thinking this all through.

 

I'd certainly agree - if McCarthy had given the raw recordings to anyone other than FoxNews and Tucker Carlson.

 

And we have courts of law to take into account just how credible such evidence is given its chain of custody.

 

So far, judges and juries have taken a dim view of the "somebody else made me do it" defense.

 

I would imagine it's tough to convince a jury that ...

But let him have it. Let him continue his James O’Keefe move toward irrelevancy. Let him get pushed out a window by a buddy of Putin’s once he’s no longer useful to the cause. Let Dominion keep pressing with that lawsuit. Let him be exposed at some point for being a total fraud. I don’t care, do u?

 

Because the intended audience is a stickler for those things.
