I lean on old radio airchecks, like these from WHAS. Not sure what it says about me that I’m lulled to sleep by the sounds of tornadoes barreling through Louisville.

I fall asleep to the rail fan cameras on YouTube on occasion. Weird but way more sane than talk radio.

 

I see we have some fellow insomniacs on the thread. In that case, here's a few more that do the trick.

Done quite a bit of writing with the water one.

 

We got a white noise machine about 2 years ago that's been a game-changer on falling asleep. I think the setting we like is "industrial fan" or some such.

My PS4 sounds like a 747 taking off (loaded w/cat hair no doubt) and my kid likes the sound at bed when we're having couch fort sleepovers.
