They were lodging some people near Savannah for the J'ville SB.

Anyone know if Aaron Rodgers saw his shadow?

I mean, he made it two days, which is twice as many Super Bowls as he's won. What a flake

Not related to anything, just that somebody linked to it on Facebook and this is one of those ridiculous things that made sports in the 1970s and 80s kind of awesome — cars parked close enough to the field that players have to risk serious injury to avoid.

My prediction - Bears DO take a QB at no. 1 when teams don't meet their asking price - and hopefully the team that finally does make a deal will have drafted one of the players the Bears wanted and a few picks. No way will they get more for Fields than the no. 1.

New England is going to take this guy on a vet minimum. This feels like a Belichick reclamation project.

So your prediction is that the Bears will do the dumbest thing possible and remove any leverage they have to either trade the pick or trade Fields by just using the pick. Okie dokie.

What's after sloppy seconds? Tasty thirds? He's bounced pretty quickly from the Eagles to the Colts to the Washingtons to released. He's kind of, sort of OK as a low wattage starter (like in that bottom third range), but he's now five years removed from his MVP season and hasn't really been the same since tearing his ACL.

Belichick loves desperate players and this guy is the epitome is a desperate player. If he wants to prove "The Patriot Way" goes beyond Tom Brady, he might bring this guy in for QB depth since he's not fully sold on Jones.
