Dominion is going to have a hard time selling more machines to jurisdictions in Real Murica for at least a generation, even if Donald Trump personally threw in an owned lib with every order. They actually need pretty much the amounts they are suing for to come out whole.

They’ve already been exposed publicly, rare as this is. Now it’s just about the $$ IMHO.

That's what they got out of Newsmax and OANN, plus cash.

That's no good excuse for Jeb Bush, and it's not a decent rationalization, either.

Fox can settle and pay Dominion, or Fox can go to trial and pay Dominion PLUS their attorneys.

Ultimately I think Rupert can add.

Nothing has come out of the trial about Fox that anyone with any sense already knew. The only way to make it sting is multiple days of on-air admissions and recants. Even then, their viewers will tune it out until they move on to the next "BIDEN CRISIS!" segment.

I thought Dominion had already refused to settle.

This will encourage them to champion education ... or not.

On the last statement, that would depend solely on how much it would cost Rupert himself to pay off the deals of Hannity and Bartiromo if they were sacrificed in order to help save himself and his precious network. The outfit tossed Lou Dobbs in front of the train, so there's precedent that it is willing to do such.
