The best of M*A*S*H, at least the first seasons with Henry and Trapper, is Crisis, where the male officers keeping having to crowd into ever-smaller quarters to conserve fuel when the supply lines are cut during an Arctic wave.

Best Dick Van Dyke show IMO is the episode where Laura goes on TV and inadvertently reveals Alan Brady wears a toupee. Carl Reiner is just so great in it.

Obviously I didn't click the YouTube link. My bad. Another awesome one is when Laura gets her toe stuck in a hotel bathtub faucet. Very few is any actors did comic freakout as well as Mary Tyler Moore.

I rank this one No. 2. The wife opening mail episode. Even the neighbors and their reactions are priceless. God, MTM was just gorgeous.

My favorite DVD is when Rob was convinced they switched babies in the hospital and when the other family visited the Petries, they were black.

And if we’re singling our single scenes within sitcoms, I vote for Sammy Davis Jr. planting a kiss on Archie Bunker’s cheek.

Laugh for laugh, I think the Merv Griffin soundstage episode was the funniest Seinfeld episode. Absurdity was off the charts.
