That was a two-parter and some of the best slapstick comedy ever on TV, right through the killer kicker ending.

Totally forgot about this. Under-rated show and this was the best of it. When he keeps saying, "Vacuum!" while getting more and more frustrated, I laughed harder and harder. I think I laughed more at this episode than any episode of any show.

Mad About You: The “Who Moose” episode.

Just looked it up: It’s called “Citizen Buchman”.

There's so many funny shows I've completely forgotten about, so I could never definitively say like I could for a drama ("Half Measures" from "Breaking Bad" is the greatest thing I've ever seen.)

I think I need to separate between 30-minute network and the 15-minute Adult Swim stuff.

In the 30-minute category, over time, "Deep Space Homer" has replaced "Mr. Plow" as my favorite Simpsons episode, but both are perfect games from start to finish. So is "A Fish Named Selma".

I'm partial to several episodes of Andy Daly's great "Review" show on Comedy Central from a few years ago, especially the one where he tries to achieve the perfect body.

From overseas, the late, great "Look Around You" and the "Music 2000" episode is piss in your pants hilarious. The whole premise of that show was funny as hell.

"What We Do In The Shadows" is the funniest current show and it has several candidates. The Jackie Daytona episode would probably be my favorite, but a case could be made for "Cloak Of Duplication", especially this sequence ...

In the Adult Swim category, I will always love Sealab 2021's "Bizarro" episode. "Children's Hospital" had some doozies too.

I was a big Cheers fan, but I have trouble remembering specific episodes. The one that I do come back to was a Bloody Mary challenge against Gary’s Old Town Tavern.

I don't remember all the specific. Episode of "Taxi" in which Louie cons Elaine into going on a date with him. Later, they are back in the garage, she returns from her shift and turns in her fares. He holds out the receipt to her as they are arguing over what happened on their date. He says he's going to tell everybody she did it. She says she's going to tell everybody he couldn't. And the receipt goes limp.

Also, I think it is the same episode. After the date, they are back at his place talking. He gets really emotional, telling her about his difficult upbringing, always being the smallest guy, how embarrassing as a teen having to buy his clothes in the kids department. He is nearly crying. She seems understanding and gives him a hug. He grabs her ass.

Yeah, "A Fish Called Selma" might have more classic lines than any episode. Such a tour de force for the late, great Phil Hartman.

"Paramount wants you for a buddy comedy with Rob Lowe and Hugh Grant."
    "THOSE SICK FREAKS?!"

And Troy, with his fish fetish, sitting in a seashell-shaped chair? Fucking cracked me up when I discovered it on my 100th or so viewing.

There was a great MASH episode where the young soldier they were operating on died early on Christmas morning (or Thanksgiving, can't remember which). After he died on the table, they turned the clock back and faked the death certificate or whatever to a day earlier so his family wouldn't be reminded of his death on every subsequent Christmas (or TG). That was pretty darn poignant.

Turned the clock forward so he didn’t die on Christmas.

The young Swayze being told he has leukemia was a tear-jerker, too.
