Parents on the street I live on have been very open about this. Especially those with kids in sports.

Two weeks in now and I still feel like shit and have a winter storm warning coming this way in a couple of days. I may dive into the Next Door sewer and find kid a kid to shovel.

It's just the dog and me here. I downloaded the Door Dash app a couple of days ago.

Time, time, see what's become of me.

There’s been a noticeable uptick in masks in my area. Anecdotal to my neighborhood certainly.

I haven’t been wearing one, other than a couple of places that still require.

The norovirus is raging around here. And and it’s brutal. I wonder if that is part of the masking.

I had either norovirus or food poisoning recently. Haven’t been that sick in 10 years.

I seldom see masking any more, but when I do it is overwhelmingly by African Americans. Not sure if there is a larger meaning.

I've been fully vaxxed for 2 years now, so I can't speak for anyone else. Not going to speculate.

I’m fully vaxxed, but only mask at the doctors office, or the hospital. People dropping masks on public transport.

    I'm a masking mofo.

Fully vaxxed and boosted, 5 shots.

I've had Covid twice now in the last 8 months.

Talked to the nurse's line earlier today and they told me to go to the ER given my age. That was wonderful to hear.

Gonna get a oximeter and if it's below 92 I'll go in. Amazon says delivery tomorrow am.

On a upbeat note, since I'm alone with the dog for a few weeks, I'm growing a beard to horrify my wife and children.

Everyone is different and has factors, including comorbidities and other things. But I had covid twice before I got vaxxed and boosted. So I won't speak for anyone else, but I'm confident enough— personally speaking — to put it in the rearview mirror. If you need the shot, GET IT.

I'll be curious to see what the masking looks like tonight at Dulles. I keep a couple in my bag just in case but I don't plan on wearing one. I'm about to be in huge crowds for three days at concerts and a soccer match. Not sure masking on the plane is going to do a whole lot. If I'm going to catch it, I'm going to catch it. I'm fully vaxxed/boosted and have done what I can to protect myself.

Still a fair number of maskers on the subway lately.

And my neighborhood - lots of old folks, and Chinatown adjacent - is very well masked.
