But, then, she doesn’t have to be comparable to to those two to have made a real and report-worthy mistake, which was a byproduct of her desire to make an international statement with a dress at a celebrity event.

MTG and Boebert have nothing to do with it. They’re bad all by themselves.

 

Do you know that AOC doesn't do the same for her constituents when she is on the clock? Judging by her district, she probably has tons of similar cases. Is there any evidence whatsoever that the two or three hours she spent getting "gussied up" for the Met gala impacted her work?

 

I'm talking about the time her staff spent, since they do the bulk of the heavy lifting for constituents' individual concerns.

I'm guessing "much prodding" means an inordinate amount of time.

I'm guessing "hours of highly paid butt-covering" means an inordinate amount of time.

More time spent haggling.

Well then her opponent in 2024 should have ample fodder to try to unseat her. Apparently her constituents think she's doing OK and keeping her eye on the ball, since she won re-election with 70.2% of the vote in 2022.

She's hip, she's smart, she's Latino and she's a she, four things that drive MAGGOTs crazy, and FOX plays it up so Cooter and Bobby Jo watching out in Hooterville Junction, Ala., can shake their fist at the TV.
