DWS slingin' all sorts of arrows.

Taibbi will write something stat with the perfect soundbite about DWS by anonymous someone who happened to be within earshot at the hearing.

Tesla has also been sued by employees for sexual harrasment. And for workplace harrasment. And for allegedly violating federal labor laws by doing a mass layoff. And by employees for dangerous work conditions. And for using illegal workers. And for "union busting." And for whistleblower retaliation.

It's been a shitty place to work. A lot of disgruntled ex employees. The lawsuits against Tesla pretty much cover all of of the ways you can possibly bring action against an employer.

    Understood.

Still, Elon Musk defends racist tirade by Dilbert creator Scott Adams

    Re Taibbi:

Why would any journalist ever appear in front of Congress voluntarily?

I don’t read much Taibbi these days. I think W was President last time he was on my regular reading list.

I could be wrong, but he seems to be more of an activist that a journalist at this point. Or at the very least only reporting on things that align with his agenda.

I'd love to watch Abby Martin testify before Congress. She and Wright should co-narrate something.
