This plus the separate "Angelica" will edify the fans of Rhian and Hester.

Released 40 years ago today, sounds as fresh as last week. (Imagine saying that in 1983 about a song released on 1943).

I had never heard this, I wonder if Dylan's lawyers did:

Hendrix did a terrific cover of Like A Rolling Stone

The freaking clerk at my local 7-Eleven tipped me off to this band.

They're great musically and seem to have high production value. They're like Linkin Park x GWAR if you can imagine it (I welcome other comparisons). The latter is a little bit of a tube droop for me, but I can appreciate the music.

New Order are touring right now. They just played Dallas and will be in Houston on Thursday and NOLA on Saturday.

Linkin Park and GWAR if you're thinking in terms of costuming and committing to a bit, for sure. For the overall theme and sound, there are several power and folk metal bands closer in sound and aesthetic. Wind Rose is (I think) the only dwarf-themed band, but you can try:

Alestorm (pirate-themed, although Running Wild has been doing this for decades)
    Grimner
    Powerwolf
    Finntroll
    Korkiplaani
    Gloryhammer (and spinoff Angus McSix)
    Sabaton
Lordi (more for costuming as they play more accessible, traditional hard rock/metal)

What you really need in your life is Italy's Nanowar of Steel. They just released a song about the '94 World Cup final.
