Buxton Hall in Asheville was very good.

 

Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for sandwiches and nuggets.
Their fries don't do anything for me. I also don't like "thick hand cut steak fries" or whatever places call them. I like smaller crispy fries.

On a side note, some jackass is suing Bdubs because their boneless wings aren't wings. No kidding.
This goes right along with the fools suing Texas Pete because it is made in NC and Barilla pasta because it isn't from Italy.

 

Stranger Things is a children's show. They never kill central characters and everyone is always huffing and puffing about a threat to a main character that never comes to pass.

 

Even the children on the show called them out on that.

 

I watched Season One until it reminded me negatively of Lost, in which everything was possible and thus all is bullshit. I understand that a lot of people like that, but fantastical plots are cheap narrative IMHO.

 

My daughter is 10 and absolutely loves that show.

 

Also, the restrooms are second-to-none when traveling. When we go to Virginia, we always plan to stop at a Chik-fil-a to bathroom breaks.

 

Even CFA’s restrooms pale in comparison with Buc-ee’s.

 

Not only are Buc-ee’s restrooms better, they’re open on Sunday.

Crossthread: I didn’t actually like youth sports that much.

 

I stopped at Buc-ee's today. The restrooms were on point, and so was the brisket.

 

Anyone arguing for any fast food chicken that ISN'T Royal Farms is only doing so because they've never had Royal Farms.
