#10 on mizzou looks like a rec league player. A fat one.

“And now, Bruce Pearl will recite a 10-minute soliloquy during halftime instead of talking to his team.”

Way to go Missouri, take that timeout down 14 with 40 seconds left

There have been comebacks of 16, 17 and 18 points in the women’s tournament today. I saw the final minute of the 18-pointer, which was Bama hacking up against Baylor.

Second year in a row a Jersey school has advanced to the Sweet 16 as a 15 seed

Mizzou picked a hell of a time to play it’s worst game of the season. FFS.

Auburn could still fall apart and we have Alabama, but we could be on track for the first tournament with all four 1 seeds eliminated before the Sweet 16. At least under the current format. As it is, if the halftime score holds (big if) it’s unheard of for three to be gone after two rounds.

The narrative around Duke -- they suffered terribly because Mark Mitchell was out -- is interesting. Mitchell's injury left them with six consensus Top-100 players, of whom four were consensus Top-25. Tennessee lacked its starting point guard. But Duke was unlucky.

Bill Self rolling the ball out there wasn’t going to save them.
