I have 4 teams left including Gonzaga over EMAW in the title game.

Of the 16 top seeds, one through four in each region, nine are now in the Sweet 16. I am far too lazy to go back and look up enough past years for historical comparison, but off the top of my head this strikes me as a below average number.

Doing all right for a criminally overseeded team.

Obviously, this was before the weekend games. And yet, this is not second-guessing. It is legitimate "what the fuck is this"?

I noticed this when he posted it and thought, hmmm. I know to an extent it is leveled out because he had high teams playing each other, but more than half of the Sweet 16 teams are in his bottom 16. He has a No. 1 seed at 15. I mean, huh? Pitt at 8 is just laughable. Indiana and Penn State where they were not a whole lot better.

This provides a poignant coda to FDU's March Madness miracle: St. Francis (NY), from FDU's conference, now no longer has an athletic program.
