I'm pretty sure that any school that categorically refuses to participate in AP programs, which this clown proudly denounces, isn't doing enough good for its students. Seems like it might limit the students' post-secondary options to trade schools and Hillsdale College.

Then it grew to 400 members and $10 million.

Now it’s 1,500 members and a nearly $100 million budget — with police powers, helicopters, boats and, under one lawmaker’s request, cellphone-hacking technology.
