We got another half to go, but if the Aztecs can gut this one out, I'm not going to give a shit about style points.

Just don’t let it get to overtime.

Do they happen to show what time the regional finals are scheduled for?
I was trying to update our TV listings today and had to go to about four different sites — none of them the NCAA's or its TV partner ESPN — before eventually taking an educated guess. They were way behind on the first-round TV assignments, too.
Obviously the actual match-ups aren't set until after tonight's games. But is it too hard to put "6 or 8 p.m." on a schedule somewhere? The start times for the men have been set for weeks. They treat the women's times like some sort of trade secret and then wonder why nobody watches those games.
This has been annoying me for two weeks. Rant over.

I never knew anything about Alabama basketball until the Pistons drafted Leon Douglas in 1976
He was Bob Lanier’s backup for a few seasons and went on to coach at Tuskegee, among other schools

You mean Wimp Sanderson isn’t their coach anymore?

Nate Oats got his start at Romulus High, where he won a Michigan Class A state title

Vicious rivalry with Remus High. But at least it’s a short drive to the airport if you lose and have to get out town to avoid shame.

If we lose in the Sweet 16 again, it may well be him.

If he loses and tosses a plant at his secretary, then we know.

Rumor in T-Town was that was a lover’s quarrel. And she wound up marrying Wimp’s predecessor, C.M. Newton, later in life. I’ll bet that was a fun office in the 70s and 80s.
