Bless your heart for thinking they’d spell it correctly.

Two staff members shot at a Denver high school a month after a student was shot and later died outside of the school.

Suspect at-large. Is a student who had a "safety plan" in place to be searched/patted down for weapons anytime he was entering the school.

Oh, and it's the two-year anniversary of the Boulder grocery store shooting.

OK, if we're not going to get rid of the guns, can we at least all agree "NEEDS TO BE SEARCHED DAILY FOR WEAPONS" is a valid reason to maybe SEND HIM TO ANOTHER FUCKING SCHOOL WITH BETTER HELP?!

He actually was in the other school. A transfer from a school that still is not known.

Kid actually pulled the gun during the daily search. Nothing was going to prevent this; EXCEPT MAYBE HIS FUCKING PARENTS BEING ACTUAL PARENTS?!

It is hard for me to fathom what would cause me to give over custody of one of my children to the state, but the need for a daily weapons check might do it. There is no article in the pediatrician’s waiting room for “Five easy steps you can take to convince Junior not to pack heat.”

Kid was expelled from a school in Aurora and as part of the expulsion, was subject to daily "safety plans."

As to why it was deans doing the daily pat-downs: School board voted two years ago to ban all SROs in the district.

Kid was found dead 50 miles to the west up in the mountains.

If they'd added a third show for butter salesmen they'd have been able to hold an economics seminar as well.
