I know they had to build Cody up, but I'm surprised they didn't just go with a no-contest/DQ, rather than give Solo his first pinfall loss on the main roster.

It’s Stacy Keibler. We’ll let it pass.

I was just about to say that. The DQ would have served the same purpose.

If anything, it might have been better if Sami gave Solo his first loss in the buildup to his title match because then they could try to use that as a confidence builder.

Regardless, if the Bloodline disintegrates this weekend, Solo deserves his own singles push for one of the secondary belts as WWE resets.

He definitely seems like what they envisioned with Umaga, but without the baggage and demons.

If they all lose like seems to be in the picture, I'd imagine Roman and the Usos will take a sabbatical until the summer. They've all pretty much carried the company for 2+ years, so they deserve the break.

A columnist and wrestling fan at The Boston Globe had a ringing endorsement of this new book, which is pretty much immediately going on my wish list: Ringmaster

Jericho had the guy who wrote The Sheik bio on his podcast a couple weeks ago, will be looking for that one too.

Not too keen on using mental health issues in a storyline.

Dunno, thought it was pretty nuanced and not cliche and well done. Assuming its influenced by real life issues she may have I thought it was solid

A couple weeks ago, Gigi Dolin (the Janetty of Toxic Attraction) referred to the abuse she suffered from her mom, which apparently is legit.

Just dropping in here to say that WWE week on Wheel of Fortune was funny tonight. Hearing Pat pretend to be knowledgeable and a fan of wrestling was amusing, and my wife enjoyed the buff dude with an unbuttoned sleeveless shirt (some guy named Austin).
