    A tradition unlike any other.

Should be fun Tuesday night at the Champions dinner with the LIV crew. Will be interested to see where their tee times for the first two rounds get placed.

Would like to see Rory complete the career grand slam.

Player will be off the property after he hits his ceremonial tee shot.

Rory and the Masters is edging into Dale Earnhardt/Daytona 500 territory.

He hasn't won any major since 2014, but of course he's won plenty of other titles.

The ceremonial guys usually hold court in the media center after the tee shots, would be interesting if Gary's chair was empty.

Expect the LIV guys to be paired with amateurs, oldtimers and non-household names.

I compare Rory at Augusta to the pre-2016 Cubs, it's a helluva lot more interesting the longer he goes without a jacket.

Chairman's press conference on Wednesday will be fascinating. Most important voice in the game.

Yup, Fred has to thread that needle.

Can't have the carnival barkers roam 18 on Sunday, but may the best player win.

Seems Spieth has been lurking around the chicken coop lately to win something of late.

Is Player having a pout or did his son sign him up for a corporate gig?

    Morikawa for the win.

I wonder how much friction there really is now between the LIV and Tour guys. It is quite apparent both that the Tour did everything it could think of to throw more money at the top players and that LIV is not exactly thriving. With the perceived threat to their livelihoods gone, do the Tour players really still hold a grudge at the defectors?

Scheffler and Rory (+700) and Rahm (+900) are the betting faves. I like TV's Morikowa pick at +2500. He's improved significantly each year at Augusta, going from T44 in '20 to T18 in '21 and solo 5th last year. I'm surprised Koepka at +3300 has better odds than guys like Zalatoris, Hovland and Fitzpatrick. Going deep down the list, I'd put a taste on Tom Kim at +8000.

Justin Rose at +5500 is worth a little flutter IMO.

Bubba Watson claims the LIV-PGA Tour friction is all being cooked up by the media.

The forecast is looking grim, with significant rain Friday and Saturday and at least some wet weather all four days. We haven't seen a Monday finish since 1983.
