    Also Waco/OKC anniversary is in a few weeks. This might be 30 years since Waco. Keep an eye on the separatist/Gravy SEAL types.

    Every year, I worry another McVeigh is going to do something on that day. I don't have that feeling as 9/11 rolls around each year.

    Waco: April 19, 1993
    Oklahoma City: April 19, 1995
    Columbine: April 20, 1999

    What different about the central elements of this case than the one that put Michael Cohen in jail? If his bagman can be convicted, why can’t he?

    The charges were different for Cohen, including tax evasion and lying on a loan application. And importantly, Cohen pled guilty. It never went to a trial.
