I don’t know anything about how this circuit, or any circuit, works, what is expected and not expected of judges, etc.

But this is a real problem. This dumbass judge donated $15? So it’s not even like he had some DNC jagoff calling 3x a day looking for big lawyer money. He just, seemingly on a whim, donated a meaningless amount of money that didn’t help anyone accomplish anything, and it makes him look biased in the most important case of his life.

That’s a stupid fucking move. I don’t know if you can switch judges or how that works, but it wouldn’t at all surprise me to see this guy step down from this case.
