    I keep waiting for some faction of the environmentalist movement to advocate for genocide in the name of saving the planet, and then some fools in academia and the media to pick up on it and have it gain traction.

    Reversing climate change with an increasing population is like using bailing pumps to keep the Titanic afloat.

    Good to know the North American middle class won't do a thing about the climate if it means eating one less fucking McNugget.

    Early springs usually signal a heap of trouble in the orchards. Too often fruit trees bloom too soon and get nipped (literally in the bud) by a late freeze. Late springs mean bumper crops because the early bloom doesn't get frozen.
