Crisp 2:15 in LoDo tonight for a 7-4 game. A good thing so we don't have to listen to the Rockies' dreadful announcers anymore than we have to.

Saw Milwaukee has extended beer sales to the end of the eighth because of the fast games.

To bring back an appropriate jingle for Milwaukee and what used to be Miller Park, If you've got the time, they've got the beer.

“13,470” announced in Tampa Monday night.
Pretty sad for a 10-0 team.
And this was for a “premium” game against Boston.
Think of this was against Detroit or Kansas City or something.

Their last four home games are all under 16,000 (i'll give them a pass for the 11,000-plus on Sunday since it was Easter). In their last seven games, regardless of venue, the high-water mark is 15,980

And if 80 percent of those figures are butts in seats, that’s a big crowd at the Trop.

It’s incredibly funny that that franchise has outmaneuvered the Yankees, Red Sox and Blue Jays.

Tampa Bay is +58 after 10 games. Oakland is -49. Both are insane numbers.

Meanwhile, the Orioles are as even steven as it gets ... 5-5, 2-2 at home, 3-3 away, 50 runs scored, 50 runs allowed. Weird.
