Seriously, it’s fine as far as Metallica albums go. It’s not Ride the Lightning or Master of Puppets, but nothing is. And they’ve put out far worse.

 

My Larry King take…The sweet spot for a band being good but not so popular as to be overplayed or concert tickets to be too expensive is between 250,000 to 1.3 million plays per month on Spotify.
