    Clearly we just need to price fix interest rates to make the cost of money free forever, and then Congress can helicopter drop trillions of dollars (of debt) that is being monetized by the price fixing scheme so people won't be so stubborn and keep spending, spending, spending. And the president can then boast about all of the jobs he has magically created. Prosperity!

    The good news is it often takes comfortable middle class people being threatened by a problem to see actual action on something. Automation was a concern of the poor and working-class for a long time. Suddenly lawyers and engineers and screenwriters are being threatened and it’s an existential problem.

    If we get the right folks running the show in Washington, they can pass the "Hard Work Protection Act," 90 percent of which will be funding for pronouns training.

    Does it not strike anyone as kind of odd that the "10 year olds" thing is visited rather lightly in that story? I wonder if they were children of some manager or employee. Not that that makes it OK, mind you ...
