Is the low unemployment/high wage situation what is driving the lowering of child labor laws in the corporate ag states?

No, it’s fear of brown people.

This will all change soon enough when the House fails to do its job and sends us into default for the first time.

Funny how raising the debt limit is never an issue when a trumplican is in the White House. The trumplicans in the House are domestic terrorists and have been for quite some time.

Says a lot that Ted Nugent has been reduced to playing gigs at craft breweries.

The brewery got what it wanted, publicity. If I were them, I'd just go ahead with the damn thing and take note of the 24 people who show up that night.

He's living the lifestyle now anyway thanks to his billionaire buddies, and he's a helluva lot more relevant than he would be at Ropes & Gray.

I guess it's really not JUST a craft brewery. Avondale has a pretty large outdoor music area. They draw some decent talent. But, true, the folks going to Avondale ain't listening to Ted.

If nobody gets 270, it goes to the newly elected House of Representatives, which, in another silly quirk of American democracy, decides the issue on a one-state, one-vote policy. The Trumpist klan will have at least the 26 delegations necessary to install their boy if it comes to that.
But in order for that to happen, Trump (as the third-party guy in this example) would probably need to flip two populous states such as Pennsylvania and Georgia. In order to do that, Biden's share of the vote would have to fall from 49.5% to 40% or lower. That's a lot of defectors.
Seems to me that a Trump third-party run would benefit Biden. But there are a lot of very smart people who aren't so sure.
