Technically true, but a scare headline. The board could also do absolutely nothing, and the evidence is overwhelmingly in the doctor's favor.

 

Even if the board decides to take no action, she's been hammered, abused, and stressed to the max for a year. Her case has been highly politicized. The state attorney general is dedicated to persecuting/prosecuting her. It's a bunch of shit. There are going to be a number of states who bewail a sudden shortage of OB/GYNs.
