CNN’s boss played stupid game and won a stupid prize: Even shittier ratings. This fucker cannot be treated as a “normal” candidate. FFS.

They can put Collins at whatever time slot they want. Nobody watching is nobody watching at any time of day.

I’ll still flip to CNN first when it comes to big breaking news. But good lord, what a dumpster fire otherwise.

I was told the one-time sugar high was a big deal. Who could have guessed it wasn't?

Collins' last day on the morning show was today. So, from the show's launch, only one of the three original hosts remain.

At the rate we are going, Ted Turner will be able to afford to buy CNN back.

Was thinking about cable news this week and wondering why there isn't a show that actually talks about solutions to the problems facing our country, rather than just throwing gas on the fire with point/counterpoint nonsense. Probably wouldn't get ratings, but it would be pretty interesting to hear people with expertise on a situation talk about "the best solution" without a political filter.

John Oliver is probably the closest thing to this. It's once a week and takes an enormous amount of work to do, by all accounts.
