    Because it was not illegal to call yourself an "Oath Keeper" (regardless of what someone else who is a part of the group did years later). And on top of it, the good people of Missouri in all of their wisdom, thought it was a good idea to change their state constitution to make it so that every piece of shit human can walk around carrying deadly weapons, as long as they are licensed to do it. The St. Louis police didn't "let them" be jerks.

    Good thing there are no 'menacing' or 'harassment' or 'incitement' or 'vigilantism' laws in Missouri!
