Twitter is filled with those "parody" accounts. Every politician with a profile of any sort has several parody accounts trying to goof on them. A politician like her inspires a lot of those accounts. She's an easy target. Yes, the idea is to be "manipulative for the sake of (alleged) LOLs."

But if anyone thought this was really tweeted by her, I'd say that the problem / disconnect isn't that they were "manipulated" by someone else.

Be nice if the wife was the deciding vote on whether he stays or goes.

Is it one tree per fart or is there an octave multiplier?

He could be charged with that, but I think that they have enough already on document retention and obstruction to convict on both of those charges. Smith is better off getting those cases as polished and hard to beat as possible instead of going for all three. I'm not convinced he'd get a conviction on the espionage act against a former president. Win on those. It's easier and convictions on federal charges will be enough to ground Trump.

The thing about Trump that makes investigations so lengthy is that ever time prosecutors dig into one crime he may have committed, they find about six others he may have committed. So that just takes more time off the clock. No federal prosecutor of Smith's stature is going to let possible espionage act charges go less than fully investigated, whether he brings those charges in the end or not.
