He had two home runs entering the game. He's hit two grand slams in the first three innings.

Add another two-run home run to the total. He's 3-for-3, three home runs, 10 RBIs.

That would totally suck, if they finish the current game and TCU finishes 2-0 as the lone undefeated team.

The Stanford girl gives up a hit to the first Washington batter and just a couple of errors the rest of the way

At this rate half the national seeds will be gone

Wake Forest beat Army 15-1 and Maryland 21-6. Now they're up 15-1 on George Mason. Would love to know if any team has swept the regionals in the current (1999-present) format with all wins by ≥ 10 runs, but the NCAA doesn't have a decent record book for baseball.

The first No. 1 seed to do so according to the Squeeze Play crew. 2009 Florida State holds the record for run differential in a regional tournament, largely on the strength of this homicide.

Five national seeds out — Vandy, Clemson, Auburn, Miami and Oklahoma State.
Four national seeds on to the super regionals — Wake, South Carolina, Virginia and Indiana State.
Five national seeds either playing now or having to play elimination games Monday — Stanford, Arkansas, Coastal Carolina, Kentucky and Florida.
And two national seeds that are 2-0 with games to play — Alabama (playing now) and LSU.

Penn leading Southern Miss 2-1 in the bottom of the fourth. Bases loaded, two outs, 3-2 count, chance for Penn to break it open — and the ump calls a borderline pitch clock violation on the batter to end the inning. The guy stepped into the box at 10 seconds but wasn't "alert" or some nonsense, so it's strike three and the final out.
    Oof.

Y’all got any more of them two-and-a-half-hour baseball games? It’s taken 70 minutes to get to the bottom of the third in Tuscaloosa.
