If Jimmy Pesto goes to jail, maybe Bob will have more time to work on his burger art.

Roberts is a decent dude - he'll always favor business interests - but outside of that, I don't think he's a GOP shill. or at least he desperately wants to save the Court's rep as a "fair and independant arbiter" and not just another branch of the GOP. Kavanaugh and Gorsuch are "interesting" from time to time. Alito and Thomas are one-note Johnnies. Barrett doesn't strike me as much more than another GOP vote on SCOTUS at this point.

Moore/Harper though is a bigger deal.

Probably a small point, but I found it interesting that the AP story specifically said -- in the lede -- that the Court ordered the creation of a second, Black-viable district. In their initial, live stories, the Post and Times said SCOTUS sided with black voters. Several paragraphs in, they both said SCOTUS upheld a district court ruling. But they never specifically said the SCOTUS ruling amounts to an order to reinstate the district favorable to the plaintiffs in the case.

I didn't see Roberts and Kavanaugh as swing votes either.
