Fine. Go to jail, go directly to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

That's possible. There is absolutely no doubt that it would be spun that way.

It would make it impossible for him to get back into the Oval. That might be enough to do it anyway.

Forts Bragg and Hood are named for two generals who did as much as anyone to bring about the defeat of the Confederacy.

Agree. Nothing says we're doing this for political reasons than forbidding him from politics.

The only constitutional limitations on serving as president are to be a natural born citizen having reached the age of 35, having not previously served two full terms (or one term
and one day more than half of a second). The constitution does not specify any prohibition for criminal conviction (or even incarceration), and the DOJ has no authority to enforce any other prohibition from office. Therefore Team Fatfuck would blow off any such agreements as unenforceable, meaning the issue would eventually go to SCOTUS where the majority has pledged to suck his knob.

    You lost.

You show undying loyalty to someone who was indicted on 37 federal charges.

    Sit down.

The SCOTUS could conceivably have to rule on a situation in which Fatfuck could run, and win, while incarcerated in federal prison.
He then could be sworn in by a judge visiting the prison, then promptly award himself an unconditional pardon for any and all federal crimes he might have committed in his life.

He might well face trials on various charges in various states, but the prospect of a low level B-52 bombing run over state capitals would probably diminish enthusiasm for state prosecutions.

Where’s Fort Grant? And where’s Fort Sherman?
