    Over Kareem or everyone?

Out of curiosity, I looked up the Little House episode for that week. It was their Season 6 ending episode, and it’s the second part of a two-parter one where Almanzo first proposes to Laura, she accepts, they fight and break up and end up back together again. And Nellie Oleson gets married.

Laura Ingalls 1, Magic Johnson 0.

    Carry on.

Then Kareem before James, which should be obvious.

No, Riley was also a sniveling doofus cowering under Chick Hearn's thumb until McKinney's accident suddenly thrust Riley into the coaching picture.

Maybe it was a casualty of the bad press from Kareem and West (or maybe just a loaded field this year), but I was surprised that Winning Time did not get a single major Emmy nomination today, outside of one for cinematography (the episode ahead of the season opener, where we see the flashback into Kareem's teen years).

I would've thought John C. Reilly would be a shoo-in for a nom, and maybe even Sally Field.

Season 2 trailer has arrived. Saw a tweet saying it's going to cover multiple seasons.

I'm both looking forward to the new season and already dreading the ludicrousness and creative liberties taken.

I would assume it covers just 81-84 through their first head-to-head title with Boston and the third installment would be 85-89, throw in 1991 and then end where he started about Magic getting aids

Thank you for posting. Was curious when it would return. Will rewatch the first season in the meantime.

If you see a vintage pepsi machine in season 2 of Winning Time, it is mine.
I had this great old pepsi machine in my garage. Used it for parties, you could insert beer bottles in. The refrigeration broke a couple years ago, and I couldn't find anyone to fix it.

I put it up for sale on Craigslist, and someone bought it. It was the production company who makes Winning Time, they told me it will be seen in season 2.
