Seth vs. Bron next week. Wild thing to see.

Can't see any glimmer of a hope that Bron wins, but it's going to go over huge with the PC crowd.

 

I've often thought finishers should be saved for big matches. Omega doesn't need to drop a One-Winged Angel every time he steps into the ring.

 

As much as last week's Dark Side on Magnum TA was a feel-good story of perseverance and redemption, this week's episode on Eddie/Mike Graham -- wow.

Such courage for Mike's daughter to speak on the story, with all the tragedy she went through.

So tonight's Dynamite is just a teaser for Collision, right? Surely we'll have run-ins by the Saturday night crew to promote the show and a cross-promotion rivalry between the shows.

 

They've only got five segments promoted so far, so it's certainly possible, but I don't think it'll be as much of a rivalry thing.

I'm thinking we get the return of Omega tonight, with Ibushi in tow to even things up against the BCC.

 

Depending how long WWE can keep her, Samantha Irvin could go down as WWE's best ring announcer since the days of Fink and Chimel. She doesn't have the longevity of Lillian yet, but she's been killing it from the start and she clearly loves what she's doing.

Just imagine. The world wouldn't have MJF if not for Zack Ryder's less famous tag team partner.

 

Definitely Cole's best showing since his black and gold heyday. Loved the twist on the Eddie Guerrero lie/cheat/steal spot.

I'll be curious to see how they eventually give Cole his inevitable title shot.

 

Good to see him back on AEW TV, but wasn't expecting the second-best Kingston that CM Punk has shared a ring with to be thrown into the Elite/BCC.

So what are the odds that MJF uses an atomic bomb line on his Forbidden Door opponent. I mean, he's used abortion, the Nazis and DUI, so might as well.

 

That Cole/MJF match was the best thing I’ve seen on aew tv in years.

That was a hot show tonight.

One, I thought Cole had legit injured his arm on the table spot thanks to the ref going back and forth talking to each of them. Obviously it was for time updates, but I didn’t know it during the match.

Two, I’d like to go back and put a stopwatch on that match to see if it ended exactly at 30 minutes.

Three, that mess at the end was hectic, bloated and awesome. I guess Eddie is back for ROH? I thought Danielson was going to get involved to bring out an NJPW guy like Ibushi or Okada.

 

They need the build, and this was better than Cole losing. Forbidden Door is in the forefront first, and then still got 2.5 months until All In at Wembley.
