This is a good one. Headline's misleading. He's talking about the far right R's in the House pissing off the Moderate R's to the point that they'll moderate their legislation to get the needed Dem votes, and just hanging the the Freedom Caucus out to dry. They don't have enough votes to influence a damn thing if the R's are willing to make that deal. Perceptive stuff.
