I stayed so far away from spoilers that I didn’t realize this was a two-parter, too.

    It cuts off gloriously.

There was a kid a few seats over from me who started yelling about how he was going to be 19 years old by the time the next one comes out. I'm guessing he is 14 and assuming it will be five years in between movies again. He said it as if he thought he 19 was ancient. lol

Did I mention I really hate the trend toward these two parters? I get why they do it, but it's so annoying.

Not exactly the MCU, but it would make quite an interesting end credits scene.

Finally watched Quantumania. Assuming Disney doesn’t change the casting of Kang, there’s an interesting implication for one particular role in Fantastic Four.

Unless Jonathan Majors is cleared of everything, he’s unhirable.

Listened to a fascinating ep of "Your World" on NPR yesterday on the decline of VFX as more movies, require bigger effects with tighter deadlines often resulting in VFX that ends up looking more cartoonish than anything. I think part of it, is the stories aren't riveting enough so you are left looking and noticing some weird VFX, studios trying to save money/make deadlines let stuff go. But mostly, its the stories.
Marvel's been big for a generation - maybe "reboot" the concept, similar to the way the Bond franchise seems to give every new generation of moviegoers "their" Bond. Re-think how VFX is done, develop some new tech to make it look better or do new things. Personally, I always tune out during a Marvel fight scene which too often resembles professional wrestling.
There was something to be said about how the Bourne franchise reminded people how no VFX comes close to the practical effects Greengrass used.

Now that Daredevil is back in the fold, they need to learn from that Netflix series.

Much of this stuff isn't supposed to be grounded, but they can definitely find a better balance.

Not bad, but Wanda Maximoff will be giving him a confused look if they draw him into the MCU proper.
