2023 college baseball/softball thread

Sure would be nice to see the orange and white play instead of the black and orange or gray and orange.

 

The gray is really odd.

 

It's supposed to be for "Smokey," right?
Plus, everybody has some form of gray road uniforms.

 

Those Tennessee uniforms sucked.

 

Colorado doesn't have one either. So if the Pac-10 adds SDSU and SMU, there will be 10 teams, perfect for scheduling. Won't need an in-season bye, like is necessary now with 11 teams.

Furman dropped their team out of the blue, they had just finished making some upgrades.

 

I would have liked for LSU be on the other side of the bracket and have them and Florida go at it for a spot in the final series against Wake because I think those two deserve to go best out of 3 for it all

 

I hate the Nike-required font.

 

CWS so far:

11 total scoring margin

 

LSU falls to WF and former Tulane Green Wave Massey and Lee AND I AM HERE FOR IT.

 

Why is it that every time I see crowd shots of the college World Series I think wealthy and entitled travel parents.

I do love the old timers on the left of the screen during the pitch.

 

Is it just me, or did the CWS, er, MCWS, lose a lot when it left Rosenblatt?

 

It definitely became more corporate, and the stadium and neighborhood have no character compared to Rosenblatt.
