    True - I guess the better question is who will make a movie about it, regardless of any rights.

    But this isn't a tragedy. These are extreme risk takers who signed liability waivers which talked about significant risk of death.

    I don't disagree. BTE was pointing out we shouldn't be making light of it. Humans have made light of much worse.

    I was just pointing out that it seemed a little odd.

    I mean, every skydiving death, zipline death, cliffdiving death, even triathlon and marathon death are people taking risks and/or stretching their body's capabilities further than they were meant to go.
