Russia needs to be ended as an international power. They have s declining population, the economy is based on oil. It's only influence in the world is desperate and craven.

 

When you have nukes and the means to deliver them, you have influence.

I read the 'Red Sparrow ' trilogy. It was written by an ex-CIA. He was very dismissive of Putin. A guy who tenuously held on to power and, in a weird dramatic twist, had a tiny cock.

I've never read anything about the books and whether the author is full of it, but I found his opinions on Putin interesting.
