If you have not followed it closely, let me point out the chain that Jack Smith has forged with the Fake Electors case. A year or so ago, the FBI interviewed them. Most were not hard to find, as they were local Republicans who signed their names to the new "Trump won" electoral ballot. That's before Smith started.

The actual electoral vote documents look different from each of the seven states. Most of the replacement ballots had the same wording, the same format, and the same font. Two of the seven were smart enough to include language to the effect of "This ballot is only valid if fraud is proven in the state primary", which somewhat covered their asses.

He's flipped two of the Nevada fake electors. One of them was the head of the state Republican party. When they first arrested him they took his phone, so they have whatever was on it. The fake electors declared their votes for Trump, and then the document they produced was sent to the National Archives, which has possession of it. The R chairman is on video at the time talking about his conversations with Donald Trump at the time they were doing this, pinning Trump with prior knowledge and participation in the plan. FBI has the emails and text messages as well. Line those up and Smith pretty well has Trump and his advisors involved in this plan dead cold.
