Biden should just say his sincerely-held religious and conscience beliefs allow him to cancel any debts he wants and claim that he’s expressing his 1A rights when he cancels student debt.

Let Thomas, Goruch, etc. have their heads explode trying to counter that.

 

Well in all serious - this court has found that the 14th Amendment applies to bigots and racists as well as people of color.

 

Five of these SCOTUS members don't even want a 14th Amendment.

 

Six of the SCOTUS justices were chosen by presidents who lost the popular vote at least once....three by a villain who lost it twice.

So every word she said in court testimony is a lie.

Tomorrow's the anniversary of the signing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. How long before SCOTUS takes that away too?
