That’s the dude who ran for the president of the Southern Baptist Convention last year because he found the denomination too woke. Think about that for a minute. He’s also been gross and hateful to church sex abuse survivors.

But calling him DeSantis’ pastor is a stretch. He did an invocation (which, eww) but he lives on the opposite end of the state. I strongly doubt the gov is a member.

 

Oh, I can think of some backups and 20-month-long waits that had nothing to do with a "post-pandemic" surge . . .
