Edit Again: I get that Trump and the Mayor were just chatting at the fight as mentioned earlier today, but the pictures sure are friendly. I don't think the Mayor is full maga but I wouldn't be stunned if he voted for the sociopath.

 

If Trump is ever convicted of anything I can't see him doing time.

Maybe he'd agree to sail the seas for however long in that new cruise ship Icon of The Seas.

That looks like hell to me, but he'd probably dig it.

 

I used to follow Babylon Bee on Twitter for a while and their bits about other Christian were often quite amusing, but their leadership or their analytics must have ordered an extra emphasis on "... identifies as a (blank)" jokes and I just gave up, probably much too late.

As for the sex trafficking movie, obviously sex trafficking is bad and should be stopped, but evangelicals like to lean into this topic because it can naturally connect to their fascination with purity culture, and some of the particulars have quickly strayed into border wall and Q-adjacent territories.

Probably 80 percent of the reason trump is running is for today’s move. “You can’t prosecute me, I’m running for president. Election interference!” That was clear from the start.

The trump judge has the power to delay it. Corruption in a very clear form. You’d think since he’s “done nothing wrong” he’d want to get the trial(s) over with. But his lawyers know he’s cooked.

Of course, the other 20 percent of why he’s running is to keep squeezing cash out of his idiot cult members.
